Aventures Pyrénées is ideally located
At the foot of the two national parks recognised by
Unesco, for two reasons, natural heritage and cultural heritage: the Parc national des
French Pyrenees and the Ordesa – Mont Perdu National Park on the Spanish side.
This ridge line, facing south, is home to the Gavarnie, Estaubé, Troumouse and
Barroude. Further west, the Grand Vignemale, a place of summits and peaks beyond
3000 metres above sea level. To the east is the Tourmalet pass, well known to cyclists and its
observatory, perched on the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, at 2877 metres. Welcome to “Pays Toy”! Aventures Pyrénées, with its wealth of experience, will be able to accompany you in your desire for the mountains.
The proposed activities:
● Family walks with themes, 3h hike, sporty hike, 3000m climb,
trekking…
● Snowshoeing, half-day, day, unusual outing…morning with
snack at Louisette’s, where at dusk then dinner (Garbure, speciality
local/Raclette/Fondue) at the museum restaurant Luz et coutumes…
● Nordic Walking, from one session to a 3-day stay.
● Return to calm, well-being, stretching, yoga, relaxation/sophrology, for any stay from 3 days to 5 days and for those who wish it.
